    Pioneer – Architect – Auditor

Do you want to do more than review the status quo? In our newly established Internal Audit function, you will create
transparency, drive meaningful improvements, and actively help shape the future of Endress+Hauser.

We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor Finance & Group Reporting (m/f/d) to join Endress+Hauser Group Services
AG in Reinach/BL. In this key role, you will actively contribute to building, establishing, and continuously developing
the Internal Audit function and our governance, risk, and control systems across the Endress+Hauser Group.

    What is the role about?

Would you like to identify and assess financial risks within a successful international family-owned company? Are you
motivated by the opportunity to review and improve IFRS reporting, consolidation, and financial processes from an
independent perspective? Would you enjoy working closely with senior management and the Executive Board to deliver
sustainable improvements to governance, risk, and control systems?

As Senior Internal Auditor Finance & Group Reporting, you will play a central role within our newly established
Internal Audit function. You will conduct risk-based audits across our financial environment, assess the effectiveness
of financial controls, and support the continuous development of our global finance processes and governance framework.

    Which tasks will you perform?

    You will:

    - Play an active role in establishing the structures, processes, and working practices of the Internal Audit function
    within Endress+Hauser Group Services
    - Plan and conduct risk-based audits in Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Governance
    - Assess the design and operating effectiveness of financial controls and Internal Control over Financial Reporting,
    or ICFR
    - Analyse IFRS reporting, consolidation, and finance processes with regard to risk, compliance, and operational
    efficiency
    - Identify risks, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities, and develop practical, value-adding
    recommendations
    - Prepare clear, audience-specific audit reports for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, and senior management,
    and present your findings convincingly
    - Monitor the implementation of agreed measures through structured follow-up processes and evaluate their effectiveness

What do we expect from you?

    You:

    - Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
    - Bring at least five years of professional experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Corporate Finance, or a
    comparable environment
    - Have sound knowledge of IFRS and experience in group accounting and consolidation
    - Possess a strong understanding of financial processes, governance, risk and control systems, and financial controls
    - Have experience with SAP FI/CO and reporting systems, ideally combined with data-driven audit approaches
    - Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, practical
    recommendations
    - Communicate confidently in written and spoken English; German is an advantage, and additional language skills are
    very welcome
    - Are willing to travel internationally approximately 50% - 60% of the time, primarily to Germany, Switzerland, the
    United States, and China
    - Ideally, you also hold a qualification such as CIA, Certified Internal Auditor, or an equivalent certification and
have experience working in a multinational industrial company.

What can you expect from us?

    - We are a family-owned, highly committed company with a sustainable, long-term vision
    - We promote lifelong learning through a wide range of training and development opportunities, internal knowledge
    transfer, and e-learning
    - You will have the opportunity to actively shape our newly established Internal Audit function and influence its
    future direction
    - You will work in an international environment and collaborate closely with finance functions, senior management, and
    the Executive Board
    - We value a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements that support sustainable collaboration
    - You will benefit from modern workplaces, an appreciative corporate culture, and attractive opportunities for
    professional development
