CLARITY IN THE COMPLEX. CONFIDENCE IN THE PLAN

At Hilti, Treasury plays a critical role in enabling global growth while ensuring financial resilience. In this role,
you will combine core treasury responsibilities with a strong focus on credit risk, shaping how we manage and steer our
Financial Services portfolios. This is a unique opportunity to step beyond traditional treasury responsibilities into a
role combining credit risk ownership, liquidity steering, and strategic influence. You will operate with high
visibility, working directly with global stakeholders and contributing to decisions that impact Hilti’s financial
    resilience and growth trajectory

This full-time position is available as soon as possible.

    What You'll do

You will take full ownership of global credit risk, shaping robust, forward-looking frameworks that strengthen
portfolio quality across regions. By advancing Expected Loss and Probability of Default models, you enable senior
leadership to rely on your insights; from delinquency trends to stress scenarios—to steer critical decisions. Your work
drives measurable improvements through smarter segmentation and proactive risk steering, directly influencing how risk
is understood and managed at scale.

At the same time, you ensure Hilti’s financial resilience by securing liquidity and optimizing risk exposure with
precision and foresight. Through reliable cash forecasting, disciplined liquidity steering, and well-informed hedging
decisions, you actively reduce volatility and improve cost efficiency. Acting as a strategic partner, you shape
refinancing strategies and translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights, gaining strong visibility with
senior leaders and contributing directly to global decision-making. This role offers true ownership, international
collaboration, and a unique blend of technical depth and strategic impact, creating an ideal platform to accelerate
your career in treasury, risk, or finance.

    What You’ll Bring

To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need to drive impact from day one. Here’s what you’ll need
    to bring:

    - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; solid experience in treasury or banking and
    financial risk
    - Proven experience in credit risk management (e.g., leasing, lending, or financial services); strong understanding of
    portfolio analytics and risk frameworks
    - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights; experience with tools
such as Excel, BI solutions, or treasury systems
    - Good understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and risk mitigation strategies; familiarity with FX
    and interest rate environments
    - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence and challenge constructively in a
    matrix organization
    - Structured, solution-oriented approach with ownership mindset; ability to drive initiatives across functions in an
    international environment

    What’s In It for You

We really value our people, and we've worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this, creating your future
to be just how you would want it. Some of our benefits include:

    - Connection with a diverse community of over 2,100 colleagues from 70 nationalities in a region where Liechtenstein,
    Austria, and Switzerland intersect.
