    Your Tasks

    - As part of the Compliance Team, provide legal and strategic advice on compliance matters with focus on data
    protection, ESG and whistleblowing topics. Knowledge of additional areas such as sanctions, AML/CTF, anti-corruption,
    competition law and trade compliance is an advantage.
    - Conduct data protection and compliance risk assessments and support cross-functional projects with compliance and
    regulatory requirements
    - Provide legal advice and conduct legal analysis on ESG-related topics in support of various business units
    - Manage compliance investigations and whistleblowing cases, including coordination of remediation measures with
    internal stakeholders
    - Maintain and further develop the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls and reporting
    - Support business units and corporate functions with pragmatic, risk-based compliance guidance for national and
    international activities
    - Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to strengthen the compliance culture across the
    organization

    - Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification
    - 5 or more years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial
    environment
    - Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as data protection, ESG and whistleblowing; other listed topics is an
    advantage.
    - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders
    - Fluency in English and good command of German (at least B2); additional languages are an advantage
    - High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution-oriented and autonomous working style combined with strong
    team-oriented and collaboration skills in international teams
