IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager plays a key role in leading and delivering complex IT transformation initiatives, with a strong
focus on SAP-enabled business transformation. The position is responsible for ensuring successful project execution,
aligning technology capabilities with strategic business objectives, and supporting sustainable organizational change.
Acting as the central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, executive leadership, external consultants,
and technology partners, the IT Project Manager ensures successful project delivery and the realization of business
value.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP-focused IT transformation projects from initiation to go-live
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality targets
- Drive business process improvements across key functional areas
- Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and system integrators
- Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communication
- Support change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness activities
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements
- Monitor project performance, financials, and realization of business benefits
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies
You bring that with You
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's
degree preferred)
- Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a global and cross-functional environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project governance, risk management, and budget control
- High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and changing environments
- Very good written and spoken English skills. Additional languages are a plus
