    Who we are looking for.

The technologies we build and the ways we help our customers use them can be complex. We are looking for a highly
experienced Senior Executive Storyteller and Speechwriter (f/m/d) who brings deep expertise in executive communications
and has a proven track record of writing for and advising top-level executives in complex, global organizations. This
is a senior expert role without disciplinary leadership responsibility, but with significant exposure to and direct
collaboration with our executives. You will translate sophisticated technological, business, and societal topics into
compelling, authentic narratives and help shape the voice, positioning, and messaging of the CEO. As part of our CEO
Communications Department, you will contribute significantly to strengthening Siemens’ perception as a leading
    technology company.

    Our benefits.

    - Attractive remuneration package
    - 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family
    - Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG
    - Continuous Learning: Benefit from specialized training and daily challenges to keep your expert knowledge up-to-date
    - Innovative Environment: Be part of a team that values innovation and continuous improvement

Since each of over 300,000 employees feels that other benefits are particularly important, and we cannot list our
entire benefit portfolio here, you can find more information here.

    Your impact.

    - Take expert ownership of the strategic conception, development, and execution of CEO communications across all
channels, including speeches, keynotes, executive messages, briefings, opinion pieces, and high-profile events,
ensuring exceptional standards in storytelling, tonality, precision, and impact.
    - Translate highly complex technological, business, geopolitical, and societal topics into clear, distinctive, and
emotionally engaging narratives that persuade senior stakeholders and diverse global audiences.
    - Develop executive-level speeches, presentations, talking points, quotes, briefings, and thought leadership formats
for the CEO in German and English, applying a deep understanding of C-level expectations, audience dynamics, and
    reputational impact.
    - Fine-tune the message and tonality of the CEO's communication for a wide range of audiences (e.g., business leaders,
governments, political leaders, academia, industry associations, employees) and various channels.
    - Act as a trusted expert sparring partner for CEO speeches and key messages, providing senior-level advice on
narrative direction, tone, clarity, and communication impact while working closely with executives and their teams.
    - Build and maintain a strong senior-level network across the organization to identify strategically relevant topics,
pressure-test messages, and develop compelling stories based on business priorities, executive expectations, and
    external context.

    - Experience and skills :

judgment, and close collaboration with executive stakeholders.

    - Ways of working :

fast-moving executive environments without relying on formal leadership authority.
    - Excellent prioritization skills, resilience, and the ability to deliver high-quality communication materials under
