    Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

    In this role you will have the opportunity to lead and continuously improve warehouse and internal logistics
    operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable material flows that support production
    and business objectives. Each day, you will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, supervise warehouse
    operations, and ensure inventory accuracy while driving operational excellence.

    You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing
    warehouse layout and capacity, and collaborating cross functionally to enhance service levels and efficiency.

    Main stakeholders are Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and External
    Logistics Providers.

    The work model for the role is: Onsite

    You will be mainly accountable for:

    - Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
    - Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility
    improvements as necessary
    - Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and
    shipping operations
    - Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of
    work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting

    Qualifications for the role:

    - You are highly skilled in warehouse and internal logistics operations, working with ERP systems, inventory
    management, lean logistics, and continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing / industrial automation
    sector
    - You have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in an
    industrial or manufacturing environment
    - You possess strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and WMS (Warehouse management system) tools, with a solid
    understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy processes.
    - You are innovative and proactive, with strong problem solving and continuous improvement capabilities, and a handson
    leadership approach
    - You have proven experience leading or supervising operational teams, ensuring safety, performance, and adherence to
    procedures
    - You hold a degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
    - You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
