Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the Finance, Administration, and Logistics functions, including ensuring compliance with
internal policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control systems
- Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including both statutory and group reporting
requirements
- Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting processes
- Analyze business performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide proactive support in strategic and
operational decision-making
- Drive improvements in profitability, cash flow, and working capital management, while leading process optimization
initiatives and SAP-related projects
Your profile
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Controlling and Financial Management.
- Strong expertise in IFRS accounting standards, as well as proven experience in group reporting and consolidation
processes
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems, combined with excellent Excel skills.
- Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial
approach.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and coaching teams, coupled with excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills
