Your tasks
Coordination and execution of service assignments for our Mikron Mill milling machines and StepTec spindles
Creation of service reports
Analysis and diagnosis of recurring error patterns and determination of causes in close cooperation with the
development and assembly departments
Creation of advanced PLC software diagnostics and detailed error descriptions for the software department, as well as
support with troubleshooting
Support and assistance for our sales companies and customers in technical matters in 2nd level support
Your profile
Several years of experience in servicing CNC machines
Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (from iTNC 530 onwards)
Knowledge of applications on CNC milling machines
Ability to work independently and motivation to acquire new knowledge
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel worldwide up to approx. 80%
