    We are looking for a Head of Production Engineering to complement our team and play a key role in shaping the
    technological development of our production and development organization. In this crucial role, you will create the
    conditions for high-performance, digital, and future-proof manufacturing and make a significant contribution to the
    long-term success of Endress+Hauser Flowtec.

    In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the future main technology department within production and
    work closely with Research & Development, Quality Management, and global specialist departments. The role is located
    within Endress+Hauser Flowtec and combines strategic vision with operational implementation skills.

    What will your responsibilities be?

    You will:

    - Lead the main production technology department in the areas of engineering, maintenance, digitalization, PMO, and
    plant development, and continuously develop it further as part of the transformation.
    - Establish and further develop local methods, standards, and processes for TPM, industrialization, digitalization,
    production systems, Service Level 2+, PMO, and CAPEX.
    - Drive the industrialization of new products, processes, and plants, and sustainably support the scaling of
    manufacturing.
    - Ensure compliance with framework conditions for CAPEX planning, project portfolios, strategic projects, and
    long-term plant development.
    - Further develop advanced digital manufacturing systems such as SAP ME, data management solutions, and networked
    production platforms, and guarantee reliable service and maintenance support for production.

    What do we expect from you?

    You:

    - Have a master's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, or a comparable field;
    further training in business administration is an advantage.
    - Bring several years of management experience in technical, production-related, maintenance-related, or plant
    development-oriented organizations.
    - Possess in-depth knowledge of product and process industrialization, New Product Introduction (NPI), asset
    management, and the industrial scale-up of manufacturing capacities.
    - Have extensive experience with digital manufacturing, automation, and production systems such as MES, SAP ME, or
    networked manufacturing platforms.
    - Demonstrate proven responsibility in the areas of CAPEX, plant development, project portfolio management,
    TPM/maintenance, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
    - Bring experience in requirements development and confidently and effectively create and review user requirements and
    functional specifications (statements of work and requirements).
    - Analyze complex relationships systematically, prioritize effectively, and communicate persuasively in German and
    English within an international matrix environment.
