At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, with
over 18,000 employees, we shape the future in the field of process automation. Whether developing and realizing new
technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless
global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we
look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the
    world at large.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join us and shape how customers experience endress.com around the world.
Endress+Hauser Group Services Switzerland provides central services for the entire Endress+Hauser Group, and the UX
team is part of this setup.

    What is the role about?

How do you turn complex customer, business and technical needs into a journey people understand straight away? How do
you keep an experience consistent across markets while still making it relevant for local teams? And how can AI speed
up your design work without replacing your own judgement?

In this role, you design clear, accessible and engaging digital experiences, from content-driven journeys to
product-oriented interactions, and you back your decisions with research and data. You report to the Head of UX and
work closely with colleagues from product, business, IT, content, SEO, analytics and our local markets. The role is a
corporate function based in Reinach, and your work reaches customers across many countries.

    Which tasks will you perform?

    You will:

    - Shape and evolve the global digital experience on endress.com, working with local teams to ensure relevance,
    consistency and quality of execution.
    - Translate complex customer, business, service and technical needs into clear journeys, flows, information
architecture and interaction concepts, and design accessible, responsive interfaces in Figma.
    - Create wireframes and prototypes at the right level of detail, and explain your design rationale clearly.
    - Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, turn the findings into actionable insights, and test and
refine concepts to improve usability, accessibility and task completion.
    - Collaborate with product, business, IT, content, SEO, analytics and local-market teams, balancing customer needs,
business outcomes, technical feasibility and delivery constraints, and contribute to agile, learning-oriented product
    work.
    - Apply global design-system components in Figma and Frontify, and contribute patterns and practical feedback that
    improve consistency, accessibility and scalability.
    - Integrate AI-assisted workflows into research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping and optimization where they add real
value, critically evaluate emerging tools, and share reusable prompts, skills and workflows with the UX team, applying
responsible-use principles such as confidentiality, transparency, bias awareness and human oversight.
    - Work with product and IT colleagues to identify AI-enhanced customer experiences and agentic interactions, and
contribute to emerging design standards for human-AI interaction.

What do we expect from you?

    You:

    - Have 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI, interaction or product design, including complex digital experiences in
cross-functional environments, and a portfolio that shows end-to-end thinking, strong craft, clear rationale and
    learning from outcomes.
    - Have a strong foundation in user-centred design, information architecture, accessibility and responsive design, and
are proficient in Figma, prototyping and design systems.
    - Have experience planning research, testing prototypes and turning qualitative and quantitative evidence into design
decisions, and can turn abstract or ambiguous needs into concrete, understandable solutions.
    - Have practical experience using AI in parts of the design process, or clear evidence that you are building this
capability, and you assess AI-generated output critically for quality, limitations, bias, provenance and fitness for
    purpose.
    - Are curious about human-AI interaction, agentic systems and automation, and want to document and share repeatable
workflows rather than use AI only for one-off content generation.
    - Think strategically and in systems, connecting customer needs, business outcomes and technology opportunities, and
combine an experimentation mindset with sound judgement and attention to measurable outcomes in ambiguous, evolving
    environments.
    - Communicate clearly in writing, visually and verbally, work inclusively with global and cross-cultural teams, and
guide external partners or agencies when required.
    - Fluent English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.

What can you expect from us?

    - We are a family-owned, highly committed company with a sustainable vision and a long-term perspective for our
people, customers and the world around us.
    - We promote lifelong learning through versatile training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge
    transfer and e-learning.
    - We support a healthy Work-Life Balance through flexible working arrangements and opportunities for remote work.
    - We support sustainable mobility solutions that make commuting more convenient and environmentally conscious.
    - We offer a modern working environment with state-of-the-art facilities and ergonomic workstations.
    - We promote employee well-being and family-friendly policies that help our colleagues balance their professional and
    personal commitments.

    How do you apply?

To apply we kindly ask you to upload your documents on our career page. Applications sent to us by E-Mail can
unfortunately not be considered due to Data Privacy Considerations.

Agencies, HR service providers, or similar entities are kindly requested to refrain from unsolicited submission of

for this role. Any unsolicited applications will be disregarded and deleted without further consideration. We
    appreciate your understanding.
