    Where Plans Become Real Progress

Construction is going digital, and someone has to decide what gets built. As a Product Management Intern for our AI,
IoT & Automation portfolio, you will get a real seat at that table: working with connected equipment, usage data, and
the people building the next generation of construction tech. You will support a global senior product manager and be
prepared to become a future product manager.

This is a full‐time internship position. Start date is flexible. Duration for at least 6 months. Required travel is up
    to 10%.

    What You'll do

    In this role, you will:

Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product requirements. Support prioritization decisions: what
ships next, what waits, what gets cut. Run pieces of projects end to end, owning timelines, stakeholders, and
follow-through. Sit in on customer and field conversations, turning messy input into clear requirements. Challenge
assumptions; if an idea doesn't hold up, you'll be expected to say so.

    What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

    - Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field for the full internship
    duration
    - Critical and analytical mindset
    - Comfortable working with data to support decisions
    - Self-driven working style
    - Project management skills

    What’s In It for You

At Hilti, you’ll join a family-owned company that thinks long term, invests in its people, and trusts individuals to
make a real impact. From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful work, contribute to business success, and be
supported in creating your future through continuous learning, development opportunities, and diverse career paths.
Some of the benefits of building your career with us include:

    - A diverse global headquarters community of more than 2,100 colleagues representing 70 nationalities.
    - The opportunity to create visible, long-term impact on Hilti’s business and global reputation.
    - Career opportunities across functions, regions and leadership roles, supported by a transparent development
    framework.
    - A flexible, trust-based working model, including remote work and workation.
    - Opportunities to contribute to local and global social-impact initiatives.
    - More than 60 employee-led networks and activities.
    - A modern campus with an onsite gym, restaurants and access to outdoor activities.
