Your Tasks
- Leading the Technical Support, AOG Command Center, Spare Parts Operations and Spare Parts Planning teams
- Ensuring the global availability of the Pilatus fleet through fast and professional technical Customer Support
- Responsibility for global AOG performance and the rapid restoration of aircraft availability to support the “One
Pilatus Experience”
- Ensuring high spare parts availability and efficient global logistics, as well as further developing spare parts and
demand planning based on fleet and operational data
- Defining and managing operational KPIs, as well as continuously improving processes and service quality
- Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and the global Service Network
With this you convince us
- Technical university or university of applied sciences degree
- Several years of leadership experience in the Aviation Aftermarket, Customer Support, MRO, or Supply Chain Management
- Strong customer focus and excellent operational execution skills
- Experience leading international organizations
- Fluency in English and German at the C1 level
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and resilient personality with a hands-on mentality
