IMS \& Documentation Manager (f/m/d) Are you passionate about quality management, process excellence and effective
documentation? In this key role, you will have the opportunity to shape and further develop our global Integrated
Management System (IMS), drive process harmonization and ensure effective document governance across all sites. Your
Responsibilities Lead and continuously develop the global Integrated Management System (IMS) and Documentation
Management function Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements across all sites Drive the
harmonization and continuous improvement of processes, standards and documentation Manage and further develop digital
documentation management and effective document governance Coordinate certification activities and ensure the
organization's ongoing certification readiness Support the implementation and further development of relevant
management systems and quality standards Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to promote operational
excellence and customer satisfaction Your Profile Degree in a technical field combined with extensive experience in
quality management within serial production Strong command of German and English Certification in Quality and Process
Management and experience as an ISO 9001 auditor Sound knowledge of quality management methods such as 8D, APQP, FMEA,
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Knowledge of additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 or ISO 27001
is an advantage Experience with digital documentation management systems Proactive, goal- and solution-oriented
personality with strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and a keen
