Teamleader (d/f/m) Your tasks
* You are responsible for the technical and people management of the Electrical Cabinet Assembly team of approximately
10 employees, including their development, skills enhancement, and knowledge retention * You ensure high quality
standards in assembly operations and guarantee compliance with all applicable safety regulations * You are responsible
for coordinating assembly orders following the planning phase and ensuring that delivery deadlines and assembly cost
targets are consistently met * You actively support day-to-day operations and work closely on projects aimed at the
continuous development and improvement of the department
Your profile
* You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship, preferably as an Automation Technician or in a similar
field, and ideally hold a qualification in leadership or people management * Previous experience in the machine
engineering industry would be a distinct advantage * You are a solution-oriented, assertive, and communicative
professional who enjoys taking on new challenges and driving continuous improvement * Good user knowledge of SAP and
Microsoft Excel is desirable * Excellent German language skills are essential for this role. English language skills
are considered an asset
