For our central headquarters of Schindler Switzerland in Ebikon, we are looking for a motivated Recruiter with
potential who wants to grow within our HR Organisation.Whether you already have some recruiting experience or have
gained your first exposure to HR and would like to specialize in recruitment, this role offers you the opportunity to
learn, take responsibility and develop your expertise in a professional Talent Acquisition environment.
Your Role
As part of our HR team at the Schindler Switzerland headquarters in Ebiko n , you will take ownership of recruitment
processes for a variety of positions across our Swiss organization. Working closely with experienced Talent Acquisition
colleagues, hiring managers and HR partners, you will learn how to identify the right talent, provide an excellent
candidate experience and contribute to high-quality hiring decisions. As your experience grows, so will your
responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to develop into a trusted recruiting partner for the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, from job briefing and advertisement through candidate selection,
interviews and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and support them throughout the selection process.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews to identify candidates' competencies, motivation and potential.
- Proactively identify and approach suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future recruitment needs.
- Ensure a professional, engaging and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Learn and apply structured interviewing and modern selection and assessment methods.
- Work with our Applicant Tracking System and recruiting platforms to ensure accurate and efficient recruitment
processes.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve your approach.
- Contribute your ideas to Talent Attraction projects and initiatives, including employer branding, digitalization and
process improvement.
- Continuously develop your recruiting expertise with the support of experienced colleagues and the wider HR
organization.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, ideally with exposure to Human
Resources.
- First professional experience in recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition, an agency environment or another people-focused
role is an advantage.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and motivation to build your career in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Curiosity about people and the ability to recognize competencies, motivation and potential.
- Interest in sourcing, social media recruiting and modern recruitment technologies.
- Digital affinity and willingness to learn recruiting systems and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn
Recruiter.
- Full fluency in German and good command of English, French is an advantage.
- Structured, reliable and proactive working style.
- Strong willingness to learn, openness to feedback and motivation to continuously develop.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
